Everything works fine for a table I created from EXCEL data source except the actual rendering of the table on a WP page. One of the columns ends up acting as a row with a plus sign to uncollapse. When you click the sign, the value of the column appears or should have appeared if it was showing as a column.
I double-checked the config, nothing I can see should cause that issue, and curious why it picked the second to last column and no other. Nothing in that column I can see is different than the others in the EXCEL file uploaded to our Media Library.
The table shows up perfectly in the plugin itself, but the WP page where I placed the shortcode is taking the MobileyezUSA column and trying to show it as a row for every other column.
We are located in Serbia and our working time is from 10:00 to 17:00 CET. business days.
Can you check in column settings for that MobileyezUSA column is it turn on options "Hide on tablets" and "Hide on mobiles"? This behavioral that you describe it's look like that these two option is turn on.
No problem, I worked in IT with many teams across the world so I respect the time zone issues, makes life that much more fun, or maybe not. ha.
It did cure the problem, the column now shows on the WP page proper.
Much thanks for your help.
I may need another ticket, something is not playing well with the EXPERON PRO theme which they say is the plug in. This is my last issue I hope to get solved and thank again for knocking this one off. It can close.
