We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    Hi Ziaurrehman,
    Thank you for your inquire.

Could you please be more specific and explain me what are you trying to achieve in more details?

Q1: We have some reports in excel format that have merging cells and we want to implement those formatting in wp-datatables, is it possible to have a merging cell in datatables??

Q2: We want to prevent user after some specific time stamp to edit the data he entered like after 24 hours he is not able to change the data and can only view the previous data and can enter new data??

Q3: If Q2 is not workable then We want to have a form builder tool of yours to generate the front-end to put new records in the same table that is the excel sheet of wp-datatable.

    Hi Ziaurrehman,

Q1: Unfortunately we do not support merging cells at this moment .

Q2: This functionality also isn't included in our plugin but it could be done as custom project.

Q3: At this moment we support editing of MySQL based table only. Tables created from other sources like Excel, CSV, XML... are not editable through our plugin.

You can see and test all of this on our sandbox website:
