We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    Hi,

I would like to know if it is possible:

    1. Search using more than one word: e.g. "dat em" would return rows with "employee database", "emergent data", "emdata", "dataem"
    2. Cascading select box: If I select the country in a selectbox, in the next one it will be shown only the cities for this country.

    Thank you very much.

    Best regards.

I would prefer some symble to identify the OR as I use the search entry "7 inch" to specifically search for that. I would not want "10 inch" to be returned.

So could I suggest the string "[OR]" to specify ANY of the included words in any order.

So could I suggest the string "[AND]" to specify ALL of the included words in any order.

    Hi Rafael,
    Thank you for your inquire.

We do not have this option built in but it is a good suggestion and I will add it to our idea list.

    2. Cascading select box: If I select the country in a selectbox, in the next one it will be shown only the cities for this countr
We built plugin addon which will have this functionality as well as menu more. It is in the final stage of testing and should be out really soon.

    Hi jcsatujp,

Thank you for suggesting this solution. It is very logical and I will pass it to the rest of the team for discussion
