Error when creating new table

    Hi,

    I try to create new table using excel file. When I click Next after choosing file, an error red box appear. It says "There was an error while trying to generate the table! Internal Server Error".

    How to solve the problem?

    Hi pakeri,

    This can probably be found in the cpanel.

    If you have access to your cpanel you should be able to find it.

    The names can be different but it is probably like errors, server errors or server log.

    Hi pakeri,

    Our working time is from 10:00 to 17:00 CET so all of our support agents will give you an answer in this period, also our response time is 5 working days.

    Looking at your error log I can see that none of the errors or warnings are not related to our plugin.

    It looks like the issue is in some configuration and paths and unfortunately I can not help you in this case because it looks like there might be some configuration changes on the server side.

    Also please check if there are some changes in wpconfig.php file or php.ini file.
