We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
I would like to be able to add a formula that can combine the content of two cells, example A = string1, B = string2, C = A + B, then C = string1 string2. If it is possible or if it can be implemented, I am interested. Thank you.
CONCATENATE
Hi arielo,
Thank you for the inquiry.
It is possible to create formulas from the different cells but these cells must be in the same row. Please take a look at this post from our documentation. Also cells must be numbers (that means that column should be Integer or Float) column type.
You can try our sandbox site: Front-end & Back-end - you can find a fully functional version there to try out all plugin features.
Hi arielo,
Unfortunately something like that is not possible out of the box with some formula constructor or something similar but you can use MySQL based wpDataTables where you can use MySQL CONCAT() function where you can join multiple string in one string.
Hi arielo,
I don't think I understood your question. Can you please describe it in more details?
Hi arielo,
If you are using wpDataTables you can create tables by writing MySQL query. There you can use CONCAT () function to join two columns from MySQL into the one column in wpDataTable.
