Hey there, Awesome Customers!
Just a heads up: We'll be taking a breather to celebrate International Workers' Day (May 1st and 2nd - Wednesday and Thursday) and Orthodox Easter from Good Friday (May 3rd) through Easter Monday (May 6th). So, from May 1st to May 6th, our team will be off enjoying some well-deserved downtime.
During this time, our customer support will be running on a smaller crew, but don't worry! We'll still be around to help with any urgent matters, though it might take us a bit longer than usual to get back to you.
We'll be back in action at full throttle on May 7th (Tuesday), ready to tackle your questions and requests with gusto!
In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find loads of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel). These gems might just have the answers you're looking for while we're kicking back.
Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!
Catch you on the flip side!
Warm regards,
TMS
When I attempt to create a manual table I now get the error message: "There was an error while trying to generate the table Internal Server Error"
I have deactivated/activated the plugin but still get the error message
I am able to edit and save pre-existing tables without a problem.
Thanks for any help you can provide with this issue.
Martin
Hi Martin,
Thank you for your purchase.
The 500 Internal Server Error is a server-side error, meaning the problem probably isn't with your computer, Internet connection or plug ins but instead is a problem with the web site's server.
Can you please investigate your server log and see if there is some errors.
Also check in browser when this happens using Inspect element and then click on console and if there is some errors please take a screenshot so we can investigate.(attachment)
Kind Regards,
Isidora Markovic

Hi Martin,
Can you tell me did you change something in database?
We see the server log and from some reason you can't make table because she already exist.
Can you check please in database table wp_options and inside it find field wdtGeneratedTablesCount and see what is value of it?
Kind Regards,
Isidora Markovic

The value of wdtGeneratedTablesCount is 75
In case it is relevant - I notice that wp_wpdatatable_75 and wp_wpdatatable_76 - already exist in the database.
No - we haven't made any direct changes to the database.
Hi Martin,
Can you please provide me a temporary WP-admin login and phpmyadmin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Kind Regards,
Isidora Markovic

Hi Martin,
For some reason wdtGeneratedTablesCount stop on number 75 in database. We change that number to 77 and we make a manual table support you can check on website. My suggestion is to delete all tables that have name wp_wpdatatable_76. You can found that name in field "MySQL table name for editing" on "EDITING" tab of table settings.

1. Thank you - I have now been able to create a manual table again
2. If I come across this problem again do I just overcome it by editing the wdtGeneratedTablesCount number so that is is outside the range of existing wpdatatables?
Thanks
Hi Martin,
You are welcome.
You should not have a problem with this at all, but if happen again and wdtGeneratedTablesCount stop on some number you have to change it to one number higher.
Kind Regards,
Isidora Markovic
