Hello on a very new site with a new host and new SSL certificate when provide a URL to a published Google Sheet () an orange box appears with this warning:
Error
error setting certificate verify locations: CAfile: /etc/ssl/certs CApath: none
and stops the import of the sheet. I don't have this problem on an alternative host with development site. This may be an SSL certificate not in the correct place on the server? Can you shed light on this so I can report to the host thank you.
Hi panpanTom,
Thank you for your purchase.
Sorry for late response. We are located in Serbia and our working time is from 10:00 to 17:00 CET. business days.
The issue probably cause that curl expected the certificate to be at the path
/etc/ssl/certs/
but could not find it because it is on different path or does not exist. Also check do you have installed curl on server. You can check on "INFO" tab in settings of plugin.
Kind Regards,
Isidora Markovic

Hello Milan -- I checked curl on the INFO tab. The host is showing 7.51.0 installed. Is there any more technical advice you can provide or links to further information that you can provide about this for my host to investigate?
Hi panpanTom,
My suggestion is to contact your hosting provider to tell you where is located this certificate on server.
Kind Regards,
Isidora Markovic
