Before I upgraded the plug-in to the latest version, everything was working fine. Since the upgrade I've been having the following issues:
1. I need to make the table fit the width of the page on desktop but be scrollable only on mobile.
2. I need to be able to add HTML links to certain cells only, not an entire column. Currently when I try to add in a link, the cell is just blank, unless I make the entire column set to URL Link. The previous version of the table plug-in allowed me to have a mix of plain text and html links, but since I’ve upgraded the plug-in, I can no longer do this.
1. Can you please send me the link of that table so I can take a look.
2.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Also point me to the table ID and column name so I can take a look.
I'm not sure what you mean by "column type is set to this column in your database." On the site, I have the table placed within a single column. Or are you referring to the columns of the actual table? I have all of the columns set to "string." I can't seem to edit anything in the columns anymore and I can't add in html. If I set the column to html then it makes everything in that column a link, which I don't want. Also, I want to turn off the horizontal scroll but make the table fit to the page on desktop, but enable the horizontal only on mobile. I used to be able to do all of this until I updated the plug-in.
I asked to check the column type in your database. ( attachment) So can you please check that and tell me the column type for the column that you enter the HTML.
About the scrollable option:
Unfortunately Limit table width and Scrollable option can not be checked at the same time. If you want for your table to fit to the page on desktop you should uncheck scrollable option and check Limit table width option.
The version of libxml can be found in php.info file on your server. If you can not manage that maybe the best option is to ask hosting provider about the version of it. I think the issue might be in that version but just to be sure so I can give you some other steps.
If you like our plugin and support we'd greatly appreciate it if you could take a minute and leave a review on CodeCanyon on this link. It means a lot to us.

Hi Nicole,
Strange, I was not able to reproduce the issue on my side but I can see the issue on yours.
Can you please tell me which column type is set to this column in your database.
Best regards.

Thanks for clarifying. The columns where I want to use a mix of html and plain text is labeled as varchar(255) in the database.
Hi Nicole,
OK, can you please go to your php.info file and tell me the version of libxml that you are using, it might be the issue with the version that you use.
Best regards.

So, I had to create the php.info file and upload it. Got that worked out. :) The libxml version is 2.7.6
Hi Nicole,
Good job.
Can you please tell me is it possible for you to aks hosting provider to update the libxml to 2.7.8 or more.
Best regards.

I just spoke with our host, and the libxml version is the default with our hosting, and can't be upgraded.
Hi Nicole,
Can you please check now if HTML editor is working.
Best regards.
