I purchased this simply for the manual tables function. I don't need to link this to a server or anything else. Just the manual table creation.
So far, all I've gotten from this is errors. I've gotten a error when I tried to create a table. Before that I was able to create a table, but I got an error when I tried to edit the table after creating it. I'm very disappointed right now, because one of the reasons I purchased your plugin over the other options was because of how supposedly easy it was to use and implement for the simple manual creation. I've tried uninstalling and installing manually through FileZilla, but that only seemed to make the issue worse, as that is when the error popped up when I was trying to create a table. Below are the errors I've gotten:
"There was an error while trying to generate the table! Internal Server Error'''
The other was an error when trying to edit and save a created table.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Also point me to the table ID so I can take a look.
About the error:
The
500 Internal Server Error is a server-side error, meaning the problem
probably isn't with your computer, Internet connection or plug ins
but instead is a problem with the web site's server.
Can
you please investigate your server log and see if there is some
errors.
I am on a deadline, and would really like to get this done as soon as possible. Is there a solution for this? Reading through these comments, it seems as though you guys have only offered the same copy/paste answer whenever someone brings this up. There are no errors server-side and I've created a login for you to check out, which you haven't done.
I don't think that you're understanding the problem. The problem isn't just creating a table, it is editing the table after creation. Please go back and try to change some of the display options in the table you've created and then try to hit the 'Apply' or 'Save' buttons after you've done that. You'll see that an error will appear and that none o the changes that you've made will have actually been applied to the table.
Contacted my host's support, apparently the error log is blocked for customers, which is why I couldn't see anything. I will get back to you when they send me a list.
Thank you for the help. It was indeed a server-side issue. The plugin appeared malicious (?) and was therefore blocked. I'm on a shared server, so I didn't have access to the error log. Regardless, it was whitelisted and everything works fine now. Thank you for your patience, and for looking into it.
If you like our plugin and support we'd greatly appreciate it if you could take a minute and leave a review on CodeCanyon on this link. It means a lot to us.

OK. Figured out how to check the error log on my server. There are zero errors.
Oh, and as far as the table ID, this error applies to all of them. None of them can be edited.
HI!
How can I change the font size of the header. I can't find where it can be change.
table th { 1. text-align: center; 2. padding: 18px 12px; 3. font-weight: 700; 4. text-transform: uppercase; 5. font-size: 14px
This data I can not change them in the Setting or at least, I do not find it.
Thanks

Hi BTAlan,
Our working time is from 10:00 to 17:00 CET so that is why you did not get the answer.
I logged in now and just deactivated/activated the plugin and as I can see everything is working fine.
I also created one manual table on your site so please take a look.
Let me know the result.
Best regards.

Hi Alan,
Ok now I can see the issue.
Very strange that there is nothing in the server log.
Can you please tell me do you have installed mod_security on your server.
Best regards.

Bogdan,
Please give me a bit more info. What is mod_security? Where can I get it? etc.
