I'm pulling data from google sheets and presenting data on my wordpress blog with your plugin.
Everything was fine till this morning and all of a sudden it's changed the way the data is presented and I haven't touched my spreadsheet or the plugin in 2 days.
Basically I have data that is supposed to show a number like 352 but it ends up showing - 352,000
For some reason it's just adding a comma after the first 3 digits.
I successfully created a table from your spreadsheet. ( attachment)
Please check in wpdatatables settings page and in column settings does the format number is the same like from the spreadsheet and if the decimal places is set to be 0.
I'm not following how you got that to work. It doesn't show the same on my end. I've set the decimal place to 0 and all it does is shrink a number from 370,000 to 370. But this number should show 370,000. I have attached a photos.
If I change the decimals to "3", it adds an incorrect comma spot and makes numbers that should show as 440 and turns them into 440,000.
It's making large numbers that are correct and making it look smaller than it should be and taking smaller numbers and making them larger than they should be.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Also point me to the table ID so I can take a look and create a table on your side.
I will write you a short guide how you can achieve that also.
***UPDATE - Looks like my google spreadsheet is having trouble pulling the data, not wpdatatables presenting the data. Sorry for the misunderstanding.
Ok my mind is playing tricks on me.
I opened up the data in the backend of wordpress and it was working! Everything was good. Then I refreshed the page and now half my numbers are showing up as "0".
I didn't adjust any settings or change anything other than the title of the database.
If you like our plugin and support we'd greatly appreciate it if you could take a minute and leave a review on CodeCanyon on this link. It means a lot to us.
Thanks.

Hi Charles,
Thank you for your purchase.
Can you please send me the link of that spreadsheet so I can take a look.
Also please check if there are some entries in decimal spaces for that column.
Best regards.

It completely skews the data.
