We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hello, I am building a website that helps manage an event such as a wedding. I am interested in the front end editable feature for two reasons and would like to confirm that your plugin will work:
1. Budge Pie Chart - can the users access a generic pie chart and customize on the front end the categories and values?
2. Seating Chart - can the user access a generic layout and customize where a table would be set up, food, dj and so forth all on the front end? Could this be achieved using the excel import feature? I could import the layout but the user would have to be able to edit he excel spreadsheet like you would outside of this plugin - insert shapes, colors etc...
Please let me know if you have a solution?
Thank you - [email protected]
Hi Armando,
Thank you for the inquiry.
1. They can't edit categories and values directly on the chart but they can edit table that this chart uses as data source. When they edit this table rows it will immediately be applied to the chart.
2. Maybe you can achieve this with "Creating Editable Tables in WordPress where users can see and edit only their own data" feature. Like that you will have one table, that will be empty for new registered user. He can add/edit/delete his rows and only he would be able to see it. Only think that you should note that the data from all users that uses this table will be stored only in this table (but of course they will be able just to see their own data).
I suggest you to try our sandbox site: Front-end & Back-end - you can find a fully functional version there to try out all plugin features. There you can see does plugin suits your needs.
Hi Armando,
Probably somebody removed demo password and all pages. Database should be flushed and updated on 15ths minute of each hour. So you can try in 2 minutes does it work.
