We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

    Ich habe Probleme seit dem Update auf 2.0 mit dem Kalenderwidget in den From: To: Filtern.

    Ich möchte dazu ein Ticket eröffnen, aber ich komme nicht aus der Verifizierungs-Schleife heraus. Nach dem "Approve" des "TMS Plugins Support" lande ich wieder im selben Fenster!

    Hi Milos,

    my problem: since update WpDataTables to version 2.0.(2) we have a problem to handle the calendar widget in form filters 'from: to' the widget is placed outside the form and can not be moved, see attachement.

    I want to open a ticket for support, but when I open the 'submit a ticket' mask, enter 'WpDatatables' and the 'verify with envato' I always return to the same mask.

    Are you to help me? Thank you

    You'll have to open a new ticket in wpDataTables category because this category is intended for Pre-purchase question. 

    Probably it is happening because you didn't enter purchase key. You can find wpDataTables purchase key on this link. When you open ticket there our support agents will be glad to help you.
