1. Can you add a 'Select All' option to checkbox filtering? It's a hassle to select one by one if there are too many options.
2. For selectbox filtering, the top option is always empty. Can we have an option to add a custom term there to show all.
3. Last one is about the translations. There are many terms in the plugin which cannot be translated via po/mo files. Even if I generate a new translation file, some terms are not there or doesn't affect the plugin interface. For example, the term "All" is available to be translated, but translating it doesn't change the one on "Show X Entries" dropdown.
Some terms such as "You can't edit this field" is not even in the generated .po file.
