We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
I would like to know how I can change the character separator fields, previously asked in comments from Themeforest and I was told that at the moment it can only be done by changing it in the files of the plugin directly, what line and file is changed?
It would be great to add the separator character in the options panel when importing files into CSV.
THANK YOU.
HI Juan Carlos,
Thank you for your purchase.
Sorry but I did not quite understand what are you trying to achieve.
Can you please describe me more or send me some example/screenshot what are you trying to change/add.
As I understand you want to add new option in wpdatatable settings page so there will be some new number format.
Correct me if I am wrong.
Best regards.
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović

Hi Juan Carlos,
Sorry to disappoint you but unfortunately something like this is not possible with the plugin build in features and it requires some changing of the core code of the plugin.
We can offer you our paid customization service where you can hire one of our developers to implement this feature for you.
If you are interested let us know so we can send you a quote for this service.
Best regards.
Kind Regards,
