I cannot create a table from a Google sheets with the plugin, here is the error I have ==> "Table in data source has no rows. Table in data source has no rows."
Can you please help me ? and tell me if this can be fixed and what you need to do so.
Google recently changed something about their Sheets service which is causing many people to run into an error when they are using it for making tables in wpdatatables plugin.
We encounter this issue recently and it looks like that the URL link that you get when you publish the document is not valid.
So can you please use the URL link that you get from the browser and see if the issue is gone.( attachment )
I saw your Google spreadsheet and it contains some formatting and formulas.Our plugin works with google spreadsheet, but without any formatting and formulas.
It is so sad that i cannot use a Query or/and importrange formula with your plugin. (The formatting is not a problem i can remove it). It doesn't make my tables dynamic which is a problem for me.
Can you please refund me the plugin and come back to me when the plugin we'll be able to work with importrange formulas on Google Sheets ?
Due to the digital 'non-returnable' nature of goods we only do refunds when the tool is malfunctioning or not working as described, with prior confirmation that support is unable to resolve the issue. As the revoked license does not make the product non-functional, and because there were lots of abuses, unfortunately we cannot provide the 'return-on-request' refund policy. I already tried this but it doesnt work and return "Please provide a valid 2-dimensional array."
