Hey there, Awesome Customers!

Just a heads up: We'll be taking a breather to celebrate International Workers' Day (May 1st and 2nd - Wednesday and Thursday) and Orthodox Easter from Good Friday (May 3rd) through Easter Monday (May 6th). So, from May 1st to May 6th, our team will be off enjoying some well-deserved downtime.

During this time, our customer support will be running on a smaller crew, but don't worry! We'll still be around to help with any urgent matters, though it might take us a bit longer than usual to get back to you.

We'll be back in action at full throttle on May 7th (Tuesday), ready to tackle your questions and requests with gusto!

In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find loads of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel). These gems might just have the answers you're looking for while we're kicking back.

Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!

Catch you on the flip side!

Warm regards,

TMS

I don't know if this is a problem with your add-on or with the eMember plugin.  If I install and activate the Formidable Forms integration add-on while eMember is activated, I get a fatal error which shuts down my site.  The errors shown are:

    _______________________________________

Fatal error: Access to undeclared static property: WPDataTable::$allowedTableTypes in /home/poudreriver/public_html/clonedsite/wp-content/plugins/wdt-formidable-integration/wdt-formidable-integration.php on line 75

Notice: Use of undefined constant EMEMBER_LOGGED_IN_AS - assumed 'EMEMBER_LOGGED_IN_AS' in /home/poudreriver/public_html/clonedsite/wp-content/plugins/wp-eMember/lib/class.emember_auth.php on line 351

Notice: is_feed was called incorrectly. Conditional query tags do not work before the query is run. Before then, they always return false. Please see Debugging in WordPress for more information. (This message was added in version 3.1.0.) in /home/poudreriver/public_html/clonedsite/wp-includes/functions.php on line 4139

    ___________________________________________

If I install and activate the add-on first and then reactivate eMember, I don't see this problem, although I am currently unable to create a table using the add-on (see separate ticket for that).

Do you have any idea what is happening?  I don't feel very good about this even when I install in the "lucky" order.  Something is obviously not right.  Thanks!

Actually, I just tried activating the add-on without eMember activated and I got this:

Fatal error: Access to undeclared static property: WPDataTable::$allowedTableTypes in /home/poudreriver/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wdt-formidable-integration/wdt-formidable-integration.phpon line 75

    Hi sandiknowles,
    Thank you for the purchase.

Can you please confirm that you have installed wpDataTables version 2.0.2? If you don't have please update wpDataTables to 2.0.2 and issue should be resolved.

No, I don't have that version.  I have Version 1.7.2.  Do I need to have active support to update that?

Actually, I DO have version 2.0.2 on my test site and I see the same problem there.

    Hi sandiknowles,

Minimum requirement for Formidable Forms integration for wpDataTables is wpDataTables version 2.0.2.

"No, I don't have that version.  I have Version 1.7.2.  Do I need to have active support to update that?"

    - No, you don't have to have active support. You could update it on two different ways. Please take a look at this post from our documentation how to update wpDataTables - link.

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your test site where this happens and where you have installed wpDataTables version 2.0.2, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE and nobody can see it except us.
