I just purchased and installed the Formidable Forms integration add-on. After selecting the form and fields to display, I click on "Apply" and immediately see a red box with "Error" pop up. Then it just seems to be stuck with the spinner going. I have to navigate to a different page to get out of it. Can you please help?
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Also if you can point me out to that table ID or write me a short guide where to click so I can try to reproduce this error.
When you ask questions in tickets that is not yours, for every your post will be sent notifications to the customer who open this ticket. Your issue can be cause from different things so can you please open a new ticket and we will help you. Thank you
