We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    Hi purcepa,
    Thank you for the purchase.

    Unfortunately these editor roles are not included out of the box. We added just basic WordPress roles, but not these that are created with some other plugin. Something like that can be achieved with some custom coding.

    Yes, i am using a additional plugin to create the other roles. But in your previous versions i was able to read all roles created and it was not limited to just the basic...

    Hi purcepa,

    We will take a look at this in one of the future updates. Are you saying that in version 1.7.2 when you add some custom role it will be added in "Editor roles" selectbox on wpDataTable settings?

    yes, that is correct. please let me know when you can get this configured. this is a major issue on my end as i have several roles assigned to different tables.

    just as a fyi, as a temp solution i updated the wpdatatables mysql table manually with the editor roles. and it seems to be working as a work around. (see attached)

    Hi Milos. When will you be able to fix the code to allow more roles than just the basic. This is critical... previous version allowed the additional users, please include it in your version controls.

    Hi Paul,

    We've fixed this for version 2.1 that is now in testing phase. It should be released for 1-2 weeks.
