After updating to 2.0.2, we are seeing the following issues:

1. Tables are showing wDT_ID column

2. two jQuery Type Errors and six bootstrap-related 404 errors.

Thanks for the suggestion Bogdan. The setting was unchecked. Checking it removed the wDT_ID column, eliminated two jQuery errors and six of the 404 errors. 

The two remaining errors are shown in the attached screenshot.

Please note also that the admin screen is now malformed as well. 

The same errors appear on all of the wpdatatable admin screens.

There are no cache or optimization plugins being used on the site. The only caching in use is what is provided by the Pantheon hosting platform. The "Pantheon Advanced Page Cache" plugin is not a cache plugin -- its function is to "Automatically clear related pages from Pantheon's Edge when you update content. High TTL. Fresh content. Visitors never wait." 

The reply from Pantheon Support is as follows:

"Hi Donovan,

I’m Joseph, a Customer Success Engineer here at Pantheon.

I've checked the files and I can't find @waves.min.js.map@ and @bootstrap-select.js.map@ on their directories. Is the plugin expected to write those files? If yes, in GIT mode, all directories are read-only mode except @wp-content/uploads@. Test and Live environments are in Git mode so if that plugin needs to write a file, you need to review this documentation https://pantheon.io/docs/assuming-write-access/"

Does the Pantheon reply shed any light on the potential issue.

Please note that the plugin was working flawlessly until the 2.0 update.

Hi Bogdan,

WPide is installed. I deactivated it but it had no effect on the 404 errors. Here are the details from the JS Console:

As you can see the missing files are in the wpdatables path. The Pantheon support team reported that he did n to see the files on the server; but also that he was not seeing the 404 errors, so I did further testing and observed that the 404 errors occur when the page is viewed in Safari or Safari technology Preview; but do not occur when the page is viewed in Firefox or Firefox Developer Edition. 

This is odd behavior. Please see attached screenshots.

I had to revert back to v 1.72 in order to push some other code updates to the production server. 

That is why you did not see the issues.

However, I just tried to update to 2.0.2 and now I'm seeing the following error:
