A plugin I've started using (WordPress TotalDesk) required the Redux Framework plugin to be installed with it.
However, this seems to conflict with wpDataTables.
When Redux Framework is activated - together with WordPress TotalDesk - the tables and charts don't display in full anymore. Only the CSV/Copy icons & Search field above the tables, and the scroll bar under the tables, appear.
Also, it only happens when both TotalDesk and Redux are activated. If one or the other is deactivated, the tables and charts display fine, but TotalDesk requires Redux to work properly.
As far as I can see, Redux Framework is using bootstrap, but I don't see it in the other plugin.
I've tried switching of the wpDT bootstrap but unfortunately it then showed even less. While wpDT bootstrap was on, the icons, search box and scroll bar were showing. After switching off wpDT bootstrap, even they didn't show... the area on the page where the table was supposed to be was just blank.
When I deactivate Redux and TotalDesk, wpDT works fine. But I would like to use them so it would be good to find the conflict and resolve it.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Also point me to the table and the cart ID so I can take a look.
I've tested out both plugins with activation/deactivation.
When Redux Framework is activated but TotalDesk isn't, the tables and charts display. When TotalDesk is activated but Redux isn't, the tables and charts display too.
But when both Redux and TotalDesk are both activated, the tables and charts don't display. But TotalDesk is dependent on Redux, so they really have to both be activated for TotalDesk to work.
When both are activated, wpDataTables still works in the back-end. I can still edit/manage tables. But they just don't display in the front-end.
I've added Plugin Organizer to my install. With this, I can choose to enable/disable plugins by any page or post. So I've disabled Redux and TotalDesk on the pages that I have wpDT tables and charts on.
So that solves it. For my own education, it would still be nice to know what the issue was. So if you find out new information about this kind of conflict, please still send me a follow-up message so that I can improve my knowledge.
We are glad that you found the solution and thank you for sharing it with us. I forwarded this issue to my team and if we found the proper solution I will let you know.

Hi Aidan,
Thank you for your purchase.
Can you please tell me do you know if those plugins are using bootstrap.
Thank you.

Yes, there are 8 charts in total on this page, all following the filtering of this table at the top.
The charts are also not showing when the other plugins are switched on, but normally they work fine.

Hi Aidan,
OK I will forward this issue to my team so we can investigate.
Also I can suggest you to ask their developers to disable their bootstrap on pages that have our tables.
Best regards.
