We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
I am using high charts with table filtering. I was wondering if it were:
1) Possible to dynamically change the title of the table depending on what was being filtered OR have the filtered information displayed somewhere on the chart itself. So for example, if I were filtering my table depending on states in the USA, and I filtered for New York, this would show up either within the title of my chart OR somewhere on the chart itself.
2) Change the font size and style of the text of the charts.
3) When downloading a chart as a jpeg, pdf etc, have it display in landscape mode. Currently it looks like it displays in letter mode and the graph looks squished.
I have the sense that these are possible using your callback method but I'm not entirely confident that I have the ability to implement them. The callback method would allow you to reference a chart based on its unique id correct? Also, where exactly would I paste such a javascript snippet? Do you use a third party plugin for snippets or do you paste in the "text" area of the editor, or do you paste it somewhere else within wordpress? I am behind a firewall so I would not be able to give you access to my site unfortunately.
Hi Amanda,
Thank you for your purchase.
All of your requirements can be done with the callbacks and some customization.
The callback method would allow you to reference a chart based on its unique id correct?
Yes, that is correct, the chart will have unique ID so that custom changes will need to be applied to that ID.
Also, where exactly would I paste such a javascript snippet?
Our suggestion is to paste that javascript directly on the page with the <script></script> tags.
In this way you will not lose any of the changes after the update of the plugin.
Best regards.
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović
