Hi,
I published the table on Aug. 1st and it has worked beautifully. I haven't been on the site since August 21 - saw tonight that the table has disappeared. The filter is still there, but no data table.
It looks like there was an update - did that break my table? I tried deleting and reloading the short code but no change, the table is still not there.
What gives?
Thanks.
Hi GCooper,
Thank you for your purchase.
Yes we lunch update version 2.0.2 couple days ago. I suggested you to deactivate wpdatatables plugin and then activate. That should be helpful.
Best regards.
Kind Regards,
Isidora Markovic

Hi MIlan,
Thanks. How long will it take for table to re-appear? I've de/re-activated and no change. Is this necessary after each update? Might want to let purchasers know that ahead of time. It's a huge inconvenience for it to disappear wo warning!
gc.
Hi GCooper,
Its should be appear after re-activate.
Can you please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.Thanks.
Kind Regards,
Isidora Markovic

Hi Milan,
In order to get it to reappear, I had to duplicate it and use the new table's shortcode.
I love your product but I din't love getting an angry email from my client who was freaking out over the fact that the table disappeared. How is this preventable in the future? Do I assume that when there's an upgrade the table will disappear?
Help, please.
Hi GCooper
Sorry for inconvenience and i'm glad that you solved the issue.
After the update, everything should work fine. If is not, my suggestion to prevent this in future after new updates is that you should deactivate wpdatatables plugin and then activate. That should be helpful.
If you have any more issues feel free to open a new ticket, we will gladly help.
Kind Regards,
Isidora Markovic
