Problem with activating a plugin - critical error

    Hello,

I'm about to finish my project in which I use your plugin. Unfortunately I have a problem with activating it after installation (didn't have one in an experimental server).

I can see an information about a critical error:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_FUNCTION, expecting ')' in /www/panel/wp-content/plugins/wpdatatables/source/class.constructor.php on line 1497

This error exists even when all the others plugins and a theme I use are disabled. Also I tried that with the newest version of a plugin as well as the older one (which I've used during creating this website).

    I use WordPress 4.8.1.

    Can you help with that?

    Thank you

    Jola

    Hi lolapopp,

This issue is probably related to PHP version on your server. Minimum required PHP version for wpDataTables is 5.4. Please update your PHP version and problem should be resolved.
