Hey there, Awesome Customers!
Just a heads up: We'll be taking a breather to celebrate International Workers' Day (May 1st and 2nd - Wednesday and Thursday) and Orthodox Easter from Good Friday (May 3rd) through Easter Monday (May 6th). So, from May 1st to May 6th, our team will be off enjoying some well-deserved downtime.
During this time, our customer support will be running on a smaller crew, but don't worry! We'll still be around to help with any urgent matters, though it might take us a bit longer than usual to get back to you.
We'll be back in action at full throttle on May 7th (Tuesday), ready to tackle your questions and requests with gusto!
In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find loads of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel). These gems might just have the answers you're looking for while we're kicking back.
Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!
Catch you on the flip side!
Warm regards,
TMS
The lite version worked OK with limited function and layout options. However, having purchased v2, I have a problem creating tables and editng them. The screen hangs after entering the URL of the source file (xlsx format). The data in the preview is just about visible and looks correct, but the process never completes to the save stage. The timer icon simply rotates for ever.
I can give you a temp logon if needed. PHP is 5.5 and Wordpress 4.8.1. It appears that others have the same issue and their expereince is the same as mine.

I have worked more on this and have identified a specific issue. I am trying to edit tables created in the Lite version, and also adding tables in the v2 version. In all cases, I am using an Excel (XLSX) sheet referenced to a URL within the domain/site. I can create or edit (configure) tables in all cases where the table headigs are just plain text. However, if one or more is an integer number, the setup process never completes. It seems that the script is stuck not knowing how to deal with a number as a column header.
For me, this distinction is entirely repeatable, and now I know the issue, I can work around it.
Jerry
Hi Jerry,
Thank you for your purchase.
Can you please tell me do you still have that issue?
Also please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Thank you.
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović

Thank you for reporting this.
Best regards.
