We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
I have dates going back to 1946 in a table. Older dates do not appear on the table. The older date to appear is 11/5/1964. Older dates are blank in my table.
When I change the date column to Text format they all appear
Hi MarkKozel,
As I can see you do have dates older than 1964 in that table (please see the attachemnt). Could you point me to the table where this problem occurs?
Right. I formatted that column and "String" so my users can see all the dates.
For you, I have switched the column back to "Date" so you should see my problem.
The link I provided in my initial request is https://kozelwebservices.com/smvcouncil/unit-resourses/unit-org-info/
Hi MarkKozel,
Please tell me did you choose appropriate "Date input format" on Data tab of the Column setting modal (Please see the attachemnt) ?
I don't know how to get to the screen you attached.
Here are the settings I do have:
Column Settings for this table
Settings for wpDataTables plugin
Column format in Google Sheet source
Hi MarkKozel,
Sorry for misunderstanding, screenshot that I attached is for newer version of our plugin which have improved controls on date handling. At this moment you can update plugin manually by going to envato download section, download it to your local machine and follow these instruction.
In next couple of days we will release auto update version which will automatically update your plugin if you entered purchase code on Settings page of our plugin.
If you want to stay on previous version, which i don't encourage you to do, please send me temporary admin credentials in private response here so I can take a look
Thanks. I will wait until the update is pushed out normally. I tried to download from CodeCanyon, but only saw the "3958969" version that I already have installed.
I don't think it is crucial enough to go though all the trouble to install manually.
