Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE so nobody can see it except us.
This issue that is happening sometimes is probably not related with wpDataTables than with your theme or some other plugin. When you open developer console on this page you'll see that you have JavaScript error on it:
This error started to showing after WordPress update 4.7 because some of the themes are not compatible with it. Please try to update your theme, and WordPress to newest version to see does this error disappear. It's important to resolve this issue because also other plugins may not work because of this issue.
Sorry for the delay. It took the developers a while to get to the conflicting plugins after they updated Wordpress. But the issue was resolved once that happened.
Hi,
Filters are not working on http://www.ocstem.org/oc-stem-dashboard/physical-science/
On the backend and another 2 Wordpress sites http://risingt.com/oc-stem-theme-test/, one of which is running the same theme: http://get-attention.com/theme-test/ they are working fine.
I have turned off plugins as well and still can't get it to work...
Any idea what it is in the theme or known plugins that cause conflict that would be blocking this functionality?
Thanks,
Kate
Hi Kate,
Thank you for the purchase.
What version of the plugin are you using on http://www.ocstem.org website? 2.0 or 2.0.1?
2.0.1 I updated yesterday before I contacted you.

Hi katefwilson,
The issue was resolved after WordPress update? Filters are now working in wpDataTables?
Yes after the update, they did work. We had some plugin conflicts but that was resolved.
However, I do have another issue, while I can Filter, I can no longer, "Clear Filters." The page doesn't reload after I Clear a Filter.
Hi katefwilson,
This issue will be solved in version 2.0.2 that should be available on CodeCanyon at the beginning of the next week.
If you don't want to wait and want to resolve this issue, please open another ticket and our support agent will be glad to help!
I can wait until next week. Thanks!
Kate
Hi katefwilson,
