In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

    Hello,

    Can you help us achieve the following:

    1. Showing a graph & corresponding filters based on all the data from an excel file without showing all the rows of a table
    2. When showing a table, we want to show only a couple of selected columns but keep all the filters
    3. Download the graph to PDF

    Thank you for the purchase.

    1. If I understood you quite well you want to show the chart so that table filters affect chart data? If that is the case you have to enable "Follow table filtering" feature. Please take a look at this post from our documentation - Link.

    2. I didn't understand your question quite well. Can you explain me this in more details?

    3. Only Highcharts have option to export the chart to PDF file. Google charts and Chart.js doesn't have such option at this moment. For Highcharts you can enable "Exporting" feature on the "Exporting" tab.
