I have updated my s/w to 2.0.1. now, and have seen two further hiccups.
1) When in the "Create a Table" menu > EDITING the Editor Roles do not appear to pick up my custom roles but default to the standard WP roles.
2) When in the "Create a Table" menu, using the preview table for editing etc. the popovers are misaligned and float out of my screen. I then cannot edit the cell content anymore because the input form is not visible anymore. This "floating out" interestingly does not happen when using the setting wheel buttons to manage the columns.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
