I am using v1.72 and would like to know what code to apply to have exact match filtering for a particular column? I know the new version can do it but it is rather slow and i need to roll out the website soon. Please help. Thanks.
Can you please tell me which table type( Excel, MySQL, manual etc.) is it where you want to apply this exact match and it is a select box or checkbox.
But like I said in your previous tickets the only "issue" with speed is when I scroll through the page and I think the issue is with the heading of the page.
Have already applied the code (see attached) but it is not working. For example, there are "Power Inductor", "High Power Inductor", "High Power Inductor1", "High Power Inductor2" in the database. If i select "Power Inductor" from the selectbox, all records will still shows. I want it to show only records for "Power Inductor".
Can you please update the plugin to version 2.0.1? In there you can find "Exact filtering" feature in settings for every column as built-in feature.
For now you can download it from CodeCanyon and update it manually following these instructions:
1. Go to your FTP and open WordPress plugins folder 2. Delete the old wpDataTables version folder 3. Upload the new version of wpDataTables 4. Go to WP-admin panel, open Plugins section 5. Deactivate wpDataTables, and then activate it again
IMPORTANT: Do NOT delete the old version from WP-admin (by clicking “Delete” in the plugins page) if you don’t want to lose all your tables!
