I have a basic CSV table that I uploaded in order to create a table using the “Create Chart Wizard”. I select the Chart title and Type (Google – Pie Chart), select the table, and then select the columns. Here I get the message: Please do not add more then one string-type (date/time, image, email, URL) column since only one can be used as a label. My table has a wdt_ID column (none, integer), a Shareholders column (text, string), and a Shares column (number, string). Now how am I supposed to create the chart if it keeps asking me not to add 2 string columns? I tried changing to all the options (time, datetime, URL, image, etc.) and when I click preview the table is not correct anymore. It is only correct with 2 Strings. So how can I fix that?
There is an explanation for this features in our documentation but this exact 2 cases was not explained. But if users have some issues they can always ask support so we can give them an answer.
Fistly just an info that might be helpful to understand the charts better. We are using the Google, Highchart and Chart.js to render charts and to make them from our tables so there is not much "space" for customizing the charts unless you use Callbacks.
1. You can take a look at our documentation about wpData Charts callbacks where you can find out how can you achieve this.
2 and 3 Unfortunately we are using chart libraries ( Google, Highchart and Chart.js) so there is no possible feature or button to adjust the font ( or like from your example below color). The only possible way to achieve this is using the Callbacks that I sent you in the link above.
4. Sorry to disappoint you but unfortunately something like this is not possible with the plugin build in feature and it requires some code customization. We can offer you our paid customization service where you can hire one of our developers to implement this feature for you.
If you like our plugin and support we'd greatly appreciate it if you could take a minute and leave a review on CodeCanyon on this link. It means a lot to us.
Thanks.
