Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. Is it possible to start table with no data display, and it will only shows after enter keyword?

It looks like the issue is in the theme that load some JS files in reverse other.
Can you please try to change the theme and see if it will work after that.
