I have several WordPress sites. One of them has a mysql table that I store Bible Verses in.
My wpDataTables plugin is installed in ANOTHER Wordpress installation. Is it possible to use the plugin to fetch information from the mysql of the other WordPress installation?

We are supporting connection with the external database, but just one database can be connected at time.
You can setup external database on wpDataTables settings page. Please take a look at this post from our documentation - Link.
