We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Great Plugin...learning to use it now!!!
1. Percentages in Table with Excel : My excel has a column of data in percentages e.g. 2.3%. When I import the excel, the column shows 0.023. It seems I have to set my excel column to show 2.3 and then add % as text after in setting up the table. Is that correct? Or is there a better way to bring excel percentage column?
2. When I use highcharts, the labeling removes the percentages and shows the table data as decimal numbers. So the (e.g bar) chart will show .023 as the value and not 2.3%. Is there way to format chart data as well? Or how do we get chart to show data in percentages? Not sure if I saw this in documentation. If it is there, please send me the link to that section of the documentation. tks
regards,
Hi metamindz,
Thank you for your purchase.
1.
My suggestion will be to enter the data in this format in Excel 2.3 and set that column type to float.
Define the decimal places in wpdatatables settings ( for example 1 decimal places) and then use display text after for that float column where you can enter that % sign.
2.
Can you please send me the link where you have that chart so I can take a look and give you my suggestion.
Thank you.
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović
