There's a first bug after upgradeing to wpDataTables 2.0:
When I've tryed to save my exist table, after switching on sorting option for column ( I noticed that sorting functions work no more, table was made in previous version of plugin, and before upgrading, sorting options was switched on) the error happened: Unknown column 'advanced_settings' in 'field list'.

Can you please deactivate/activate the plugin and clear the browser cache.
This is recommended after every update.
