What we really need is that each subscriber type user can edit only their data and can not modify those of others ....

If the table is editable then you will need to check the option Users see and edit only their data Users see and edit only their data option. ( attachment)

I need to implement a table reservation system for an event. Each table can accommodate up to 10 people. There are 22 tables, the person who wants to book should be able to see that other people are at the table to see affinity and book next to these.
