I use a plugin to export the details from WooCommerce orders to the Spreadsheet. My client noticed that a few reports were missing from the Delivery report. The order details (order #677 and 676) are showing on my Google Spreadsheet, but they are not showing up in the WPDatatables on the website. I'm wondering what could be the cause for a few of the orders not showing?
I also export the orders to a separate spreadsheet and report, you can see on the Bed Making report tab. Same thing on that report, they show on the Google Spreadsheet but not on the Databtables report. Any assistance as to why this might be happening would be helpful.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Also point me to the table ID so I can take a look. Thank you.
I think the issue is in the Google Spreadsheet file because it is not properly created. Wpdatatables does not support spreadsheets that have formatting or formulas in it.
I can see that the first row is fixed so can you please try to remove all of the formating and see if it will work after that.
Unfreezing the first row and removing the formatting did not make the orders appear.
Actually the reason I had to add the formatting in the beginning was because the new entries to the Google Spreadsheet would not show up in wpDatatables unless that first column was formatted as a plain number.
Also, when I remove the formatting from the Google Spreadsheet, and instead set the Check In and Check Out dates to a "date" format on the wpdatatables settings, the date value gets completely messed up. It shows some as blank and changes a bunch of the other dates to wrong dates.
I took some time to look at your file and I can conclude that the issue is because the file is not properly created. You can see in the attachment that it looks like there are more rows after 559 ID.
Can you please give me permissions to edit that spreadsheet , I will copy it and make a new one so I can test it out.
yes you have my permission. Let me know if you need me to provide any other information. Also, what email should I use to grant you editing permission on the spreadsheet?
The issue is in the spreadsheet. If you take a look at attachment file you have breaks in the cell content and that is not supported in spreadsheet when creating tables.
You can remove the breaks or to add br tags ( like from the attachment) in order for table to work properly. Best regards.
I use a Google Spreadsheet to send data to my table.

Website page where report can be found (use password tooclean to see the page, and the report is Delivery Report tab): https://www.carelinenservice.com/reporting/#1495670622458-98afcbf2-dafc
