PROVINCIA select box works on desktop, but not on mobile. It's the only issue I have to solve to be able to set the site online. Could you help me, please? Thanks a lot!
Can you please update the plugin to 1.7.2 version. You can auto update the plugin by entering the purchase code in the wpdatatables settings page or you can manually update the plugin by following this steps:
It doesn't work at all on any Android phone. On iPhone, I see that it works, but not always (sometimes it works once, but doesn't the second time I try; anyway, I have to test more on iPhone).
Bogdan, I've just tested in three different iPhones, and I see that the menu is showen indeed, but it hides too fast, so there's no time to select a choice.
Hi Diego, Sorry for late response we were very busy because of the 2.0 Beta release.
Very strange. In our 2.0 version of our plugin we are using bootstrap select pickers so my suggestion is if you want to send you a Beta version so you can test it out there.
Unfortunately, with this new beta version it doesn't work neither on mobile nor on desktop so I'll get back with the other version soon :(
Is there any other site where I can see how it does work? I have to replace my old site with the new one, but can't do it until this page works good (65% of our users visit us from mobile).
I really believe that it used to work some days ago... Perhaps some update has broken it?

1.) Download zip from this link
2.) Use FTP to open /yourwordpressfolder/wp-content/plugins
3.) Delete existing wpdatatables folder.
4.) Upload previously downloaded wpdatatables folder through FTP to plugins folder (unzip it)
5.) Go to WP-admin panel, open Plugins section.
6.) Deactivate wpDataTables, and then activate it again.
Let me know the result after that.

Can you please on which mobile device did you try it so I can try it also.
Just in case check if it is Private browsing turned off.

For testing purposes can you please try to change the theme and see if it will work after that.
Also double check if Private mode is turned on, it should be off.
