I was using the lite version of the plugin and everything was working fine.
We moved our website and now it stopped working. I get a loading icon on pretty much everything I do (creating table from excel file or from table editor). I also paid to get the full version just in case but it's not better.
I tried deactivating and deleting the plugin from wordpress.
I wanted to manually delete the wp-content/plugins/wpdatatables folder but it gets deleted when I remove the plugin in wordpress.
When I reinstall it's still not working.
For some reason some settings are kept during the process (like my purchase code)
I tried deleting some tables directly from the mysql database but it's still not helping.
As you can see from the attachment I was able to create a table with your file.
So can you please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
When I try to save your Excel file from your library I can see this error: Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error)
The 500 Internal Server Error is a server-side error, meaning the problem probably isn't with your computer, internet connection or plugins but instead is a problem with the web site's server. Can you please investigate your server log and see if there is some errors.

Can you help me with that ?
I forgot, sometimes I also get an error message (see attach.)
It seems only excel files stopped working...Hmmm.
Tried blank with th econstructor and it works.
CSV file also works...
