We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
hoping you can help, i have created a data table of PBs from our swimming club, and would like to be able to chart the data.
the PBs are mins:secs:hun i.e. 01:22.30
as per attached table, but i am struggling with the column types when setting up the chart.
i can't see any way to set the column type to any thing but string, have tried the others and i lose the formatting.
i would like to have a chart like the attachment if possible. using Meet / Time
but i am unable to create the same chart within WPdatatable, i am trying to do something which isn't possible ?
thanks
GARY
Hi GARY,
Thank you for your purchase.
Unfortunately the issue is because we do not support time format with seconds or hundreds of seconds and that is why you can only set that column type to string.
So sorry to disappoint you but unfortunately something like this is not possible at the moment.
This is a common request and we are working to find the most stable solution for this and add for example "sport time" column type in our plugin.
Thank you for understanding.
Best regards.
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović
