Here are the classes from your table

th.wdtheader.column-item
th.wdtheader.column-budget
th.wdtheader.column-usavg

the only issue is that the body of the table does not have class but you can style the data in it for example like this

table#table_1 {
text-align: center !important
}

and your table will look like this (attachment)
