There is not general class I can apply the CSS to? I would like to call it out on the General Settings / Custom CSS

Here are the classes from your table
the only issue is that the body of the table does not have class but you can style the data in it for example like this
table#table_1 {text-align: center !important
}
and your table will look like this (attachment)
