Take a look at attachment file to see what I meant by optional column. The width is not visible because the Scrollable option is checked.
Because your table contain only 3 columns my suggestion will be to leave Responsive option checked. uncheck the Scrollable option and if you have some "less important" columns, hide that columns for mobile phones by clicking hide on mobile option.
this might be a bug or a feature that needs to be improved
When I choose "horizontal scrolling" option:
on Desktop, it makes the table smaller. It's no longer responsive.
When I remove this, then its normal width.
And if I uncheck the "horizontal scrolling" option, then on Mobile, its looks bad.
Not sure if there is a fix for this.
