Has happened to me before for large files with tens of thousands of rows. I had to load it directly into my cpanel phpmyadmin and then get wpdatatbales to read it from there.

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Also point me to the table ID so I can take a look.
The issue is definitely because you have more than 13600 rows. Can you please tell me did you try to change the chart type or did you just want for chat to be 3D donut chart.

At first i was able to create tables and chart, Not until yesterday.
When im creating table/chart it just keeps on spinning after adding the file.
Note: this is just a dummy website, stored in local computer. Wordpress and xmapp cpanel
