    Hi! 

    I've prepared a template. Uploaded. Everything is like your tutorials. 

    When I hit "download report", it shows like downloading a file, but it's never downloaded, so i can't open it. 

    This happens with "download" button, and with "Download Report Preview". 

    Please help!!!

    Hi sapuru,
    Thank you for the purchase.

    Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE so nobody can see it except us.

    Hi sapuru,

    I take a look at your two reports. Report with ID 1 has empty tamplate and that is the reason why there isn't any data in the report. Second report with ID 2 has variables and it's working as I see. Can you describe me little more closer what kind of issue do you have?
