Hello.. In the tables I create, I search for a term in a column or in the search bar, but it takes upper case and lower case letters into account. How can I overcome this?
Sorry but can you please describe me more your issue and send me some screenshots so I can take a look. Also it would be nice if you can send me the link of that table so I can try to reproduce the error.
The image I attached shows two results for the term "ayak". One is with an upper case "A", the other with a lower case "a". The second filtering returns no results. Filtering some terms return only exact equivalents. I'm not sure whether this issue is caused by the plugin or it's simply a database problem.
FIltering in our plugin is not case sensitive so maybe the issue can be in the database, very strange. Can you please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Also point me to the table ID so I can take a look.
I figured out what the problem is, it's actually my bad. In the database I had chosen a case sensitive type for char. Now I have corrected it by selecting a case insensitive one.

Hi Bogdan,

Thanks anyway.
