For now as a workaround you can expand that range in this file ../wp-content/plugins/wpdatatables/assets/js/wpdatatables/wpdatatables.js around line 615 find
selectYears: 20,
and replace it with
selectYears: 100,
Number 100 is range of years that you will be able to see in year select box. If you need more years you can increase this number.
Please note that if you are changing wpdatatables.js you will have to unchek "Use minified wpDataTables Javascript" on wpDataTables settings page.
I need a date picker to go back further than 2007 as the field is for a date of birth. Please advise as to how I can change this.
