The data is coming in through a MySQL query, sourced from post categories and post tags. So i can't edit them. I've uploaded this version online http://www.hiwcf.com/grants/ and can supply you with a login if required.
Unfortunately because it is a MySQL query it is not possible to just add those tags.
My advice would be use software like Excel to make a new file and use Find&Replace functionality and replace all newlines with <br> tags with one command. Then you can recreate table with Table Constructor.
We are also avare that this "issue" is not very user friendly and this moment and we have some plans for one of the future versions to add this functionality.
