The plugin doesnt work, please login to my site and look at it, when users try to add a line to a data table the id of the user is not there, it does not get the id from the logged user, and it creates the registry but it does not work correctly. Please take a look and try making it work.
The issue is that the user that copy pastes the data into the table needs to input the user_id and it will work. But then any user could input data into the other users tables. This is not the way this should work right? and the worst part is that if add a row and you do not provide the user_id it will assign Null instead of the user logged in.
Can you please help me with this issue? this should be easy for you, to look at where the script is getting the user_id from and just fix it? Please could you give me an estimate time to solve this?
We are still investigating your issue but as I can see on your pages you have this error
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error)
The 500 Internal Server Error is a server-side error, meaning the problem probably isn't with your computer, internet connection or plugins but instead is a problem with the web site's server. Can you please investigate your server log and see if there is some errors.
Please check again, I just need your help setting up this table to show only 25 lines & that users are able to add lines and that their ids are set up correctly in the table, so that each user see their own records. I am only asking for what the script should do.
Now we can access your table. No need to worry I will do my best to help you out. When I log in with the credentials below I see this (Attachment) and I was able to add some new entries.
About 25 lines I changed it in General setting display length ( attachment 2)
Also I noticed in the backend of the plugin that we do not see the info bar of the features ( attachment 3) and it should look like this ( attachment 4), so can you please tell me do you have some other plugin for backend?
Also can you please provide me some user credentials with different user ID so I can try to add some data in this table and see if that user can see the other users data in that table.
Note can you please delete the last ticket because it is public ticket and you posted me the credentials. When sending the credentials please click on PRIVATE reply so nobody can see it except us.
I managed to add some data using the incognito mode in browser.
In the first attachment you can see that I added test user two and test222 data in the table. ( that user have the user ID 0)
On the second attachment I also added test and testuser one data in the table ( that users ID is 1 ) So the users only see their own data in the table.
Also you will notice that the first 8 entries are not the same for the different user.

2. I need excel view because the users will need to add MANY lines of data, not only one line, like the test you did. So this will not work. Do we have some way of importing a CSV or XLS file to the table? At least if we could do the copy+paste in the excel view , that would help. But when you select the excel view, the table shows ALL de data, why???
1. It is not possible to change the display of the Excel like tables, because it is not our engine ( it is Handsontable engine) and unfortunately there is no possibility to add display length for them, it is because that is how Excel like tables are working.
You can find all differences between our Standard wpdatatables and Excel like tables here in our documentation. You will see that there are some limitations for Excel like tables and some features that we can not support right now.

Like I said it is how the Excel like tables are working and this is something that is not on our side unfortunately.
I have tried everything, I cant get the site to input the user_id when you submit new lines. It doesnt get the user_id

I paid for the theme, and that is not the issue as I have seen that others have the same issue.
Please explain me how to get the logged user ID into the tables, when an user edits a table the id is not getting in the registry.

Uninstalled armembers plugin & changed the theme and still having the same issue. So that is not th eproblem.

Glad that we solved that out.

It is not possible to change the display of the Excel like tables, because it is not our engine ( it is Handsontable engine) and unfortunately there is no possibility to add display length for them, it is because that is how Excel like tables are working.
You can find all differences between our Standard wpdatatables and Excel like tables here in our documentation. You will see that there are some limitations for Excel like tables and some features that we can not support right now.
