php array bug

This is a really weird bug that I can't seem to figure out.

I have a plugin I've created that collects data from user input. In this case I am tracking the oz of water intake of a user per day. The code is working fine and is outputting the array correctly. For some reason when I go to build the table with the php url, the plugin does not detect any tables. However if I copy and echo out the serialized array exactly how the php file is printing the array the table will work fine. I've added some photos for reference.

    Hi alexbourne,
    Thank you for your purchase.

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.

Also point me to the table ID so I can take a look.
    Thank you.

    Kind Regards,
