Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE so nobody can see it except us.
I was able to upload the same file and try to change some of the settings without any issues when clicking the Save button. Can you please try to clear your browser cache and also before clicking the Save button can you please inspect the page and tell me if you can see something in the Network tab. ( attachment)

I have created a simple and small CSV file with test data
I use the following flow for uploading the CSV file
WpDataTables ==> WpDataTables ==> Add new
==> Table title ==>
I manage to upload the CSV file - 200 -04-CSV.csv
But when I try to save the setting the process never manage to finish.
I use a test WordPress environment without a “complex plugins”.
Additional information – the “light version” of WpDataTables work fine
